You're always more than welcome to tip if you feel the need, but it is in no way a requirement or expected!

We accept all forms of payment, apps such as Cashapp and Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash are accepted.

Absolutely not! Some clients prefer to be home, some prefer to be away, the choice is yours! I am more than happy to work with your preferences.

At the moment I do not have a cancellation policy, I am still working out my website billing/scheduling system vs in person quoting and want everything to match, until I have sorted that out I am holding out on setting up a cancellation policy but do plan to put one in place in the future to protect myself.

Absolutely! Currently I am a one woman team, eventually growth is planned and I would love to plan to hire dedicated cleaners as passionate as I am for this service field, but for now you don't have to worry about that. It's just you and me!

If your scheduled service day falls on a major holiday we will discuss rescheduling for the next available date either before or after your scheduled day. I will be in contact with you every step of the way, but feel free to reach out if a specific date concerns you!

I do not take payment up front, we will take care of payment at the end of your service unless you are unavailable at which point we will always prefer to do it early for ease of each party.

If your service is unsatisfactory or not up to your expectations, please let me know within the first two hours of your cleaning and I will be more than happy to return to touch up anything you find free of charge. I strive to find the things your past cleaners have failed to find themselves, if there is something I have missed I would like to know so I can ensure it is not missed in the future!

I provide it all, from cleaners, to mops, to brooms and vacuums, I supply everything I need to clean your home from top to bottom. If there is anything specific you would like used in your home I only ask that you please let me know ahead of time so that we can make arrangements. I have no problem using any supplies you provide and am happy to continue expanding my collection as well. Just like building a house, there is a tool for every job!

1. Windows are not included with cleaning services. Some of us are vertically challenged and this makes windows extremely difficult in some homes. I have decided that rather than leave a half finished job attempting to clean windows to not offer this service at all.
2. Refrigerator clean outs are not included with cleaning services, this will be an added service at the expense and request of the client.
3. Oven cleaning is not included with cleaning services, this will be an added service at the expense and request of the client.
4. I am not licensed in biohazard, masses of bodily fluid or excretions are not my expertise and will not be something I can handle for your service, however I can recommend you to other local services around town that can better assist in your needs.
5. I do not take care of pet needs as part of my services, these will be an add on service. I am not afraid of cleaning a litterbox, however it is not a standard procedure in my opinion.
